The free tier costs nothing and carries nothing to refund.
Paid subscriptions (Starter / Pro)
Paid billing is not yet active — this policy takes effect when paid tiers go on sale.
- Cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. No lock-in.
- First purchase: 7-day refund window. If you request a refund within 7 days of a first-time purchase, we refund it in full — no questions about why.
- After that: partial months are not prorated; the current period runs to its end date.
- Abuse: keys revoked for Acceptable Use Policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
- Service outages: for multi-day outages affecting a paid month, affected subscribers may request proportional credit or a refund of that month.
How to request
Email support@hawkmill.com with your key's email address. Refunds are issued through the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
